Luce introduces World's First Flat Panel TV with Built-In HDTV Tuner!!

Ft. Lee, New Jersey USA: Luce introduces the world’s first integrated HDTV flat- panel TV line up including the exciting, new 30" LCTV-30HDA LCD TV with built-in ATSC HDTV and Analog NTSC tuners. Additionally, integrated 42" and 50" Plasma display models will be introduced with integrated HDTV and analog TV tuners. This integration of tuners will end the need for complicated and expensive additional components such as set –top boxes to allow HDTV and standard cable TV viewing on plasma and LCD display monitors and TVs. This finally allows consumers to connect an antenna or cable feed and begin watching TV as in any standard cable-ready CRT type television of the last 20 years!

Additionally, Luce is launching its new advanced technology DLP projector, LDLP-720HDS with TI HD2 chip with native 1280 x 720 resolution and exclusive advanced horizontal and vertical electronic keystone correction (Side-Shot TM) for projection throws up to 45o off-axis horizontally.

Three major areas of Technology showcased in the new flat panel HDTVs includes: LCD Technology: new high resolution 1280 x 768 (native 720P ready) super high speed response time LCD module offers no visible lag and tearing as in most brands of LCD TVs. Additionally, another usual weak point in LCDs is limited viewing angle; this too is licked with over 160 degree viewing angle in both the horizontal and vertical planes. HDTV Technology: such as integrated ATSC compatible TV tuner that can receive all ATSC digital and NTSC analog television broadcasts and advanced scaler engine that can adapt any incoming signal to the native 1280 x 768 native pixel count of the display. Contemporary design and user-friendly ideology: Beautiful European style brushed aluminum cabinetry adds a touch of elegance as well as providing a more rugged chassis as compared to plastics of most other brands’ flat-panel TV products, very useful in marine, aviation or other mobile environments that more flat TVs are finding themselves called into duty in.
